We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you may cancel your order at Emorobo.
1. Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emorobo.com.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must instead initiate a return (see our Refund Policy).
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, include the following in your email:

Reason for cancellation
We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation and next steps.
3. Custom or Personalized Products
Please note that customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
4. Refund Processing After Cancellation
Once an eligible cancellation is confirmed:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. Right to Decline Cancellation
We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if the item has already been shipped or if the request falls outside of our policy terms.
