We want you to be happy with your purchase at Emorobo. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items that were used, damaged, or not in resellable condition


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@emorobo.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond with return instructions. Do not send your item back without prior confirmation.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return cost


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time)

  3. Contact your bank
